Tunnel modelling

Complex tunnel systems with multiple junctions and connected reservoirs and creek intakes are not uncommon in Norwegian hydropower systems. The tunnel object was created to replace the old junction, junction_gate, and creek_intake objects, and to be able to model more complex systems.
