set universal_strict_pq_uploading

Turn on or off the building on strict PQ curve uploading for all generators in all hours. If the option ‘not_set’ is used, strict PQ curve uploading is decided by the plant attributes strict_pq_uploading_flag and strict_pq_uploading_upon_detection. This command is equivalent to setting the universal_strict_pq_uploading attribute on global_settings.
